En lugar de acudir a alguien podremos hacer nosotros mismos el cálculo gracias a la herramienta que nos proporciona.
Desde que tenemos datos del valor inmobiliario en Palma del Río, en 2011 el valor era de 1100€ aprox. Aunque a principios de 2012 bajó drásticamente a los 950€, en la segunda mitad de año subió otra vez a 1050€, y en 2013 el precio se mantuvo sobre los 950€ otra vez y hasta la actualidad se ha mantenido relativamente estable el valor del m2 en Palma del Río.
Con respecto al último año ha bajado el precio del m2 un 2,6%, el valor actualmente está en 863€/m2. Si por ejemplo posees una vivienda en buen estado y mide 70 m2, tendrá un valor aproximado de 60.410€.
Si quieres hacer tu propio informe del valor aproximado de tu localidad existe una herramienta en el portal inmobiliario Idealista que te recomendamos. Este comparador analiza el valor de la vivienda de tu localidad de los últimos años y los compara con la actualidad. El enlace para que lo probéis está justo abajo.
