El proyecto de los Presupuestos Generales del Estado (PGE) para 2022 prevé una subida para los trabajadores autónomos tanto en las cuotas mensuales como de la base de cotización para el próximo año. Las organizaciones de autónomos españolas han mostrado su indignación por este hecho del que no han sido informados antes que los medios de comunicación.
La subida supone un incremento en la base de cotización mínima que pasa de 944,40€ a 960,60€ y la cotización aplicada se incrementará del 30,30% al 30,60%. En caso de la máxima, pasará de 4.070,10€ a 4.139,40€, también al 30,60%, mientras que la mínima de societarios pasará de 1.214,10 a 1.234,86€ y el 30,60%.
La información completa la podemos ver en la tabla elaborada por la Asociación de Trabajadores Autónomos (ATA):
Con estas medidas el Gobierno pretende aumentar su recaudación en 173 millones de euros y a efectos prácticos, esto va a suponer que los 1,8 millones de autónomos que cotizan por la base mínima paguen ocho euros más de cuota al mes.
Lorenzo Amor, presidente de ATA ha denunciado este hecho manifestando que “esto va a provocar que un autónomo va a tener que pagar entre 96 y 225 euros más el próximo año, según si es autónomo persona física o autónomo societario y no es el mejor momento” para implantar esta medida. Desde ATA también dicen que muchos trabajadores por cuenta propia siguen “en el alambre” y han recordado que el colectivo lleva años en una situación complicada.
En la misma línea se ha pronunciado la Unión de Profesional y Trabajadores Autónomos (UPTA). “Es inconcebible, no damos crédito a la desidia con la que se nos está tratando en el ámbito fiscal. No entendemos la negativa reiterada de los ministerios de Economía y de Hacienda a poner freno a una de las mayores injusticias fiscales que sufre el colectivo de trabajadores autónomos”, ha recalcado el presidente de UPTA, Eduardo Abad. Desde la organización también han criticado que en el proyecto de presupuestos no se incluyan las deducciones por manutención, una situación con la que “salen perjudicados” más de 1,2 millones de trabajadores por cuenta propia.
